Subscription
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Apple subscription settings ↗, or on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Twenty-One. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
I paid, but the app still shows the paywall.
Tap Restore purchases on the paywall while signed in to the same Apple ID you paid with. You won’t be charged twice.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com ↗.
Deleting the app or your Twenty-One account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Apple subscription settings first.
Your account
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the You tab and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and habit history. It can’t be undone.
I can’t sign in.
Sign in the same way you signed up — with Apple, Google, or your email. Email codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if yours doesn’t work, and check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email us from the address you use in the app.
What happens to my data?
Twenty-One has no ads and no tracking, and we don’t sell your data. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Habits and streaks
I missed a day. Can I get my streak back?
No — and that’s the point. A missed day restarts the count at zero. Your earlier attempts stay in your history, so the effort isn’t lost.
When can I add a second habit?
After your first habit reaches twenty-one days in a row. It keeps counting after that, and your next slot opens.
My reminders don’t arrive.
Check that notifications for Twenty-One are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Twenty-One, and that Focus modes aren’t silencing them.
